National Security Services Company "SAEF" is a governmental company owned in whole by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and approved and licensed by the High Commission for Industrial Security at the Ministry of Interior. SAEF seeks primarily to develop and upgrade the quality and service provided in private civilian security and is running by an executive team with extensive experience and past security successes, ensuring that clients understand their requirements accurately.​

SAEF is able to provide 4 main services, which are: Security Consulting Services to its clients and partners through innovative and integrated protocols and solutions in cooperation with the most important experts in the security sector over the world, security solutions, control centers, training and development services. ​​

With a view to provide the best services to clients, SAEF branches are deployed in major cities as part of the company's strategy of being close to clients wherever they may be. SAEF also focuses on providing integrated security services with technical and continuous training and supporting security staff in the field through the control center, in order to guide them and monitor their performance on an ongoing basis.​

"SAEF" includes an elite group of competencies who have extensive experience in the field of security and is managed by a team of senior leaders specialized in the field of security services.​

“SAEF" aims to improve the security services sector: through working to raise the quality standards of this industry in KSA to meet and exceed international levels to establish the gold standard for KSA, in order to achieve this goal, there will be cooperation with all players in the sector, such as educational or security competent authorities, Ministry of Interior represented by the High Committee for Industrial Security, or as companies in the market, by developing technology and creating a single platform for all players to develop the service provided to the community.​

The incorporation of the company is part of the investment strategy of PIF, referred to in the Fund's program (2018-2020), by contributing to the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 through the development and development of promising sectors, the settlement of knowledge and the support of SMEs. ​

SAEF will contribute to achieving PIF's effort  to build a diversified local and international investment portfolio that will enhance the strength of the Saudi economy, diversify sources of income, and achieve long-term economic returns for KSA and its citizens, in order to reflect the Kingdom's vision 2030, as it will support the empowerment of the private security sector in KSA, the localization of knowledge in this sector and the provision of jobs, in addition to supporting small and medium-sized companies. It will also contribute to the development of the Fund's assets and the development of strategic economic partnerships.​

​SAEF shall invest in technology and by providing the security employee with smart devices linked to employee management software, which ensures clients with electronic monthly performance reports and with transparency that allows the client to know when and where the security man is at all times. SAEF provides communication systems for all security staff, which include beepers, mobile phones and instant radios that enable clients to contact and communicate quickly, allowing rapid alert and response to any security challenges at the client's site. The company also manages CCC, which are intelligent operations centers which are linked and connected operations centers for smart security staff, project supervisors at SAEF, Ministry of Interior and first responders. Intelligent operations center operators shall monitor information in real time around the clock using appropriate technologies including surveillance cameras, autonomous systems (both air and ground), sensor systems, and wireless communications.​
